Baby Ballet

Welcome to the world of ballet, we will engage your child in age-appropriate dance, whilst learning rhythm, posture, coordination and balance through a fun, structured class. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for the class to begin. Maximum of 12 students. 

Ballet

This beginner Ballet class will introduce your child to the basic fundamentals of ballet. Children will learn body coordination, simple movement, and creativity. Students will learn body awareness, ballet positions and discipline. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for the class to begin. Maximum of 12 students.

Canvas Kids

Our Canvas Kids will have the opportunity to create a one of a kind art piece on canvas each month. Watch their skills grow and flourish by the end of this course.  This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for the class to begin. Maximum of 12 students.

Cupcake Cuties

Children will have fun while learning the art of decorating mouth watering cupcakes. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for the class to begin.  Maximum of 12 students.

Fun, Fit Fridays

Every month participants will learn the fundamentals of a different sport. January: Soccer, February: Basketball, March: Baseball. Participants should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.  This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for this class to begin. Maximum of 15 students.

Go Go Gamers

Come out and play the games you know and love or learn new games! Games will be provided. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for the class to begin. Maximum of  20 students (10 students per session). 

iSign

Are your kids curious about signing? We will teach them the basics of American Sign Language in a fun interactive way.  This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for this class to begin. Maximum of 12 students.

Karate

Youth aged 5 and up are welcome to join this beginner Karate class.  Participants should dress comfortably on the first day of class. Instructor will inform parents if a uniform is required.

Pickleball for Kids

Pickleball is a cross between ping pong, badminton and tennis. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S. This fun, easy game is sure to become a favorite! Participants must wear tennis shoes. Pickleball will be played indoors in the gymnasium. Paddles and balls will be provided. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for this class to begin. Maximum of 12 students.

Young @ Art

Young artisans are welcome to come and explore their creative sides with us. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for the class to begin. Maximum of 12 students per age group.

Teeny Tots Summer

 We are pleased to offer a program for the teeniest of tots. Our Teeny Tots program, a Parent and Me style class, will help you interact with your child in a fun classroom setting. There will be a wide variety of activities including circle time, imaginative play, hands on art and other fun activities to help you and your child learn and play together.

Tiny Tots Summer

Children will enjoy songs, stories, crafts, manipulatives, social interaction and self expression. There will be lots of activities that the children will enjoy.

Kidzone

The Kidzone program is the perfect place for Irwindale youth to spend their after school hours. Staff will be on hand to participate in daily activities which include arts and crafts, homework help, library programs, indoor and outdoor activities and much more.

Summer Kidzone

The Summer Kidzone program is the perfect place for Irwindale youth to spend their summer! Staff will be on hand to participate in daily activities which include arts and crafts, library programs, indoor and outdoor activities and much much more.

 Wiffle Ball & T-Ball

Boys and girls can enjoy the summer in the comfort of air conditioning of the Dan Diaz Recreation Center. Teams will be formed at every session for this "drop in" program. All participants MUST be pre-registered in order to participate.

Volleyball Clinic

Boys and girls will learn basic skills and fundamentals of volleyball during our Summer Volleyball Clinic.

Students will have the opportunity to learn basic cheer skills in our summer clinic. A minimum of 8 students must be registered for this class to begin.
