Nu-Way Travel Center

Project Description
The City of Irwindale (City) is requesting proposals from highly qualified firms to prepare an Environmental Impact Report to assess the potential environmental impacts associated with a proposed regional commercial development by Mnoian Management, Inc. (“Applicant”) consisting of a 
Pilot Flying J Travel Center (“Travel Center”) and New Truck Sales Dealership (specific dealership not yet determined).  The project site is located at the northeast corner of the I-605 Freeway and Live Oak Avenue interchange at 13620 Live Oak Lane, Irwindale, CA within the “Regional Commercial” General Plan land use designation and M-2, “Heavy Manufacturing” Zone.  The project’s Development Agreement application and conceptual plans are available for review in the Community Development Department, located at 16102 Arrow Highway, 2nd Floor, Irwindale, CA 91706.
