Indoor Pickleball 

Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Come learn to play this fun sport with us! All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for this class to begin with a maximum of 16 players.

Fall Yoga in the AM

Class teaches basic Hatha yoga movements in multi-levels which includes stretching, muscle contractions and breathing workout exercises.

Fall Yoga at Noon 

Class teaches basic Hatha yoga movements in multi-levels which includes stretching, muscle contractions and breathing workout exercises.

Fall Zumba

A total workout, combining all the elements of fitness cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, booted energy and a serious dose of awesome, every time you leave class. 

The Painters Club - Coming Soon

Enjoy an evening of creativity as we explore our "inner artist" during the all new Painters Club. Participants will meet each week via Zoom and paint on canvas.
