Chief Henshaw to Serve as CPOA President for 2021-2022

Congratulations to our very own Chief of Police, Ty Henshaw, who has been sworn in as President of the 2021-2022 California Peace Officers' Association (CPOA) Board of Directors.
Outgoing CPOA President, Erik Maness, Undersheriff for the Sacramento County Sheriffs Department, administered the oath of office to Chief Henshaw at the CPOA’s annual conference in San Diego, California.
Chief Henshaw takes the helm of the organization as it celebrates 100 years of service to law enforcement profession.  Boasting over 16,000 members, CPOA serves California law enforcement by enhancing the profession through training, mentorship, professionalism, community engagement and advocacy.
We are proud of Chief Henshaw’s accomplishment and are truly honored to have him represent the Irwindale Police Department and the City of Irwindale on a statewide level.
Congrats again Chief Henshaw and we wish you the very best on your presidency!
