The Irwindale Police Department participates in the Los Angeles Regional Crime Stoppers program. This program allows the community to submit anonymous crimes tips directly to law enforcement. Information leading to an arrest is eligible for a reward up to $1,000.00.
Communication and tips are made via encrypted chat using a code and password. No personal information, phone number, e-mail, IP address, GPS or user location is ever requested, monitored, traced, tracked or saved.

All traffic citations are handled by the court listed on the bottom of your citation. Please contact their traffic division for further information.

The department will verify your citation if it is a correctable violation and has been checked "yes" on the citation. There if a $10 fee for this process for citations issued by the Irwindale Police Department and a $15 fee for citations issued by outside agencies.

Please allow approximately five to seven business days for your report to be ready.
You may obtain a copy of a report in person at the Police Department. You may also request a copy through the mail by including a self-addressed, stamped envelope, a copy of your drivers license or other form of identification, along with a check for the exact amount.
Reports are $0.25 per page. Most reports range from two (2) to seven (7) pages in length.

The department is available Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Property release is done by appointment only, typically Tuesday through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. To make an appointment to retrieve property, please call the Property Technician at (626) 430-2237.
