To Contest a Parking Citation

There are three levels (PDF) that may be involved in contesting a parking ticket issued in the City of Irwindale. These three levels are prescribed by the California Vehicle Code with the intention of providing citizens with an opportunity to contest parking tickets that were issued to their vehicles.

Parking Citation Administrative Review Request Form

Download and fill out an Administrative Review Request form in order to request an administrative review of your parking citation.  Once completed, you can send the form to the police department's Records Bureau, as follows:
