Successor Agency

Successor Agency is responsible for preparing Recognized Obligation Payments Schedule (ROPS) in a manner provided by State of California Department of Finance, listing the enforceable obligations of the former Irwindale Community Redevelopment Agency (ICRA) and their source of payments.   ROPS are subject to the approval of the First District Consolidated Oversight Board.
