The proposed project is for the construction of a ±129,830 square-foot speculative concrete tilt-up building and associated passenger vehicle parking. The building consists of ±9,160 square feet of office, ±17,000 square feet of manufacturing and ±103,670 square feet of warehousing. At this time, there is no prospective user.
